New loan period for books

From 11 June, the standard loan period for books will change from four to two weeks. With this, access to popular books will improve and the loan rules will be easier to deal with.

The vast majority will probably not notice this change to a large extent, as loans that do not have a waiting list are automatically renewed for up to a year. With a waiting list, however, the loans cannot be renewed beyond two weeks.
