Setup and Preparations

The course is aimed at graduate students and other researchers. You don't need to have any previous knowledge of the tools that will be presented at the workshop.

Participants must bring a laptop with a Mac, Linux or Windows operating system (not a tablet, Chromebook, etc.) that they have administrative privileges on. Before the workshop, they should install a few specific software packages, listed in the full course information.

Participants who arrive at the workshop without having installed and checked if the software packages run, cannot participate. There will be time for troubleshooting issues related to installation 30 minutes before the workshop starts.
