Course presentation
With the amount of data being collected every day, data reuse and secondary data analyses are increasingly important. However, even though many existing datasets are easily accessible, the process of finding and reusing data can be daunting.
In this 90-minute course we will introduce the concept of data discovery and discuss the importance and benefits of working with secondary data. We will also provide a step-by-step guide to data discovery, including finding the right data sources, setting up search queries, and accessing the data.
We will wrap up with a question and answer session where you will be able to ask us any questions you might have about finding and reusing data!
Target Audience
