Researchers often need to record video and/or audio from the field. The University of Oslo's Teaching Learning Video Lab (TVLab) has a lot of experience with this; in this workshop, they will show some typical use cases, from apps that are legal to use from your mobile to different types of simple or advanced camera solutions that can support yellow and in some cases red data types (sensitive). UiO's TVLab will also present some of their best-practice tools. Such as portable multi-camera and mic labs that can be configured to record a number of cameras in synchronization and store encrypted video, which allows for up to red data levels.
